|   | 아랍항공사 면접은 서류전형으로 시작해 질의응답 및 1차 스크리닝 및 필기시험으로 이어진다. 여기서 추려진 지원자들을 상대로 그룹 디스커션이 진행되고 다시 추려진 소수의 지원자들과 파이널 1:1 면접을 진행한다. 항공사별로 약간의 차이는 있지만 대부분의 성패는 그룹 디스커션에서 좌우된다. 그룹 디스커션은 무수한 경쟁자 가운데 군계일학stand head and shoulders above the others을 가려내는 것이 핵심이다. 파이널 면접은 자질이 의심되는 사람을 가려내고 적합한 지원자를 남겨 예정된 선발 인원을 맞추는 과정이다. 두 과정 모두 혼자서 간단히 넘어서기 어려운 고도화된 대화술, 사교력social skill이 요구된다. 결정적인 고비마다 쌍방향으로 반응하고 답변해야 할 파트너들을 동반하기 때문에 호감 가는 표정과 몸짓, 눈빛, 자세를 유지하는데 자연스럽고 숙련된 모습을 보여야 한다. |
